Job Summary

This role involves working in a small, highly motivated team specializing in the purification of enzymes at both small and large scales. The Laboratory Worker is crucial for executing manufacturing processes and analytical protocols meticulously according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring the highest quality standards are met, particularly in a GMP environment. Key responsibilities include independently operating and controlling automated laboratory systems, performing analytical tests and evaluations to ensure process efficiency, and actively participating in the implementation of manufacturing processes on new and automated large-scale production facilities. Candidates must possess a relevant technical or laboratory background, experience in production and analysis (ideally of enzymes), and excellent German language skills for comprehensive documentation and communication. This is a dynamic, fixed-term position (2 years) requiring technical aptitude, precision, and strong teamwork.
