Job Summary

This role is critical in actively shaping the energy transition by joining the 'Grid Products - Technology & Solutions' Chapter, which partners with German grid companies for digital standardization and the implementation of efficient IT solutions. The specialist will focus on the deployment, integration, operation, and maintenance of Cloud Application Platforms, specifically for Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Key responsibilities include analyzing requirements, designing secure and compliant cloud solutions, ensuring continuous monitoring, and optimizing infrastructure performance and cost. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or a related field, proven experience in cloud infrastructure operations (preferably Microsoft Azure), basic knowledge of GIS, and familiarity with infrastructure scripting and agile methodologies like Scrum/DevOps. Strong analytical, consulting, and communication skills in both German and English are essential for success in this dynamic environment.
