Job Summary

This pivotal role requires a highly qualified Electrical Specialist to assume the responsibilities of a Technical Operations Manager, overseeing an electrical operations division and ensuring absolute compliance with complex German electrical and occupational safety regulations (VDE 1000-10, VDE 0105-100). Day-to-day tasks include providing technical leadership, managing organizational duties, and actively shaping corporate standards based on legal frameworks. A key focus is contract management, involving the creation and updating of documentation for external contractors providing assembly and blocking services, particularly within the E.ON (EGS) power sector. You will monitor external firms, plan and conduct crucial HSE audits to enforce E.ON safety standards, and carry the entrepreneurial duties related to electrical requirements. The ideal candidate is a Master Electrician, Technician, or Engineer holding the VEFK certification and a valid TREI certificate, bringing substantial operational experience, ideally in Metering. This position offers the opportunity to drive safety standards and regulatory adherence across critical infrastructure operations.
