As a Usability Expert Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience and performance within the engineering development process at ATLAS ELEKTRONIK, a leading maritime high-tech company. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing workflows in areas like software development and system integration, documenting these as use cases, and developing key performance indicators to measure usability. You will initiate and implement internal improvement projects aimed at boosting user experience and fostering overall engineering performance. This role requires you to lead and support change management processes with various stakeholders, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new methodologies.
