Job Summary

This role as a Technical Manager, situated within a high-end defense technology company in Bremen, involves comprehensive technical leadership across the system development lifecycle, from initial bidding through system qualification. Day-to-day tasks include performing technical management during bid processing and system development, creating detailed concepts for systems and subsystems, and conducting rigorous requirements analysis to produce corresponding specifications. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating system qualification with external partners, performing system tests, defining schedules, and preparing technical decision templates. Furthermore, the role requires presenting technical proposals to customers and contributing to strategic product alignment through market observation of current technical trends. Success requires a completed technical degree in Electrical or Communications Engineering, professional experience in technical project leadership, and fluent proficiency in both German and English.
