Job Summary

This role involves meticulous documentation and quality assurance of energy supply networks for Hamburg's largest energy distribution network operator. The specialist will be responsible for the digital capture of supply networks within the Network Information System (NIS) and Geographic Information System (GIS), ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all network documentation. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing incoming documents such as network changes and surveying data, creating and updating specialized documentation for internal departments, authorities, and external companies, and maintaining technical guidelines related to network documentation. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as a Geomatics Technician, Surveying Technician, Technical Drafter, or similar, possesses practical experience in processing geodata within network and GIS environments, and demonstrates a foundational understanding of electrical engineering. Success in this position requires strong team collaboration, communication skills, and a high degree of personal initiative and responsibility.
