Job Summary
The Social and Youth Welfare Office in Karlsruhe is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the implementation of the electronic file system (E-File) into the daily operations of the department. This role involves co-responsibility for planning and supporting the management of the ongoing project, ensuring a smooth transition. Key responsibilities include coordinating between clients, project participants, and stakeholders, acting as a central point of contact, and ensuring alignment with the existing organizational structure. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive reporting, documentation, evaluation, and budget monitoring throughout the project lifecycle. Ideal candidates possess a degree in digital administration, business management, IT, or a related field, preferably complemented by certified project management qualifications and relevant experience in project work.
