Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive IT support, focusing on incident resolution, service requests, and hardware management within a dynamic corporate environment. The IT Technician will be responsible for handling Incidents, Requests, IMAC/D (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes, Disposals), and Break/Fix issues, including providing Smart Hands support. Key daily tasks include supporting end-users, conference rooms, and VIPs, maintaining accurate Asset and Technical Documentation data, and performing preventative and corrective maintenance. Candidates must have a completed vocational education in the IT field, good knowledge of hardware, software, and common operating systems, and excellent German and good English skills. This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience in complex project environments within well-known companies across Germany, making it suitable for both experienced professionals and career starters.
