Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT support, focusing on incident resolution, service requests, and hardware management within a dynamic corporate environment. The IT Technician will be responsible for handling Incidents, Requests, IMAC/D (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes, Disposals), and Break/Fix issues, including providing Smart Hands support. Key daily tasks include supporting end-users, conference rooms, and VIPs, maintaining accurate Asset and Technical Documentation data, and performing preventative and corrective maintenance. Candidates must have a completed vocational education in the IT field, good knowledge of hardware, software, and common operating systems, and excellent German and good English skills.
