Job Summary

This specialist role involves providing comprehensive First and Second Level IT support and managing specialized audio, video, and presentation technology within the City Hall. A core responsibility is ensuring the smooth operation of AV equipment for official meetings and various events. The position includes crucial infrastructure support for systems like ticket machines, online ticket sales platforms, and the general City Hall WLAN network. Furthermore, the incumbent will act as the primary IT coordinator for the City Hall administration, facilitating collaboration with the central city IT management team and external service providers. Additional duties include offering technical assistance and support for the specialized Allris council information system. This is a full-time, permanent position compensated according to the TVöD-VKA public sector pay scale.
