Job Summary

This role is for a creative and detail-oriented UI / UX Designer who will be instrumental in the graphical advancement of user interfaces across the company's mobile apps and web platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with Product Management to transform new ideas into interactive click-dummies and prototypes, validating concepts, and conducting Usability Tests to ensure outstanding usability and a compelling User Experience. The ideal candidate possesses professional experience in UI/UX design and concept development for mobile and web applications, a keen sense of aesthetic design, and familiarity with standard UX methodologies and prototyping tools like Sketch and Axure. This position offers the opportunity to work autonomously within an agile, interdisciplinary team in a stable, family-owned retail group, contributing to successful product development with a hands-on mentality.
