Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced leader ready to coach and guide a team of six Change Managers within the IT department of a major North German food retailer. The Team Lead acts as a coach and sparring partner, focusing on developing the team and ensuring sustainable success. Day-to-day activities involve independently managing complex change projects end-to-end—from initial consultation and analysis through UX, implementation, testing, and go-live—utilizing agile, hybrid, or classic project models as appropriate. A core function is driving the continuous improvement of Change Management methodologies, establishing best practices, and evaluating new tools for knowledge transfer and scaling successful approaches. As part of the IT leadership team, the incumbent will actively shape departmental strategy, structures, and innovation initiatives. Candidates must possess a degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable IT training, coupled with several years of proven experience steering corporate change processes and demonstrable leadership ability.
