Job Summary

This role involves acting as a key specialist responsible for driving organizational agility by supporting teams and leadership in adopting and applying agile working methods. Day-to-day activities include continuously improving frameworks based on SCRUM, KANBAN, and SAFe principles, ensuring critical success factors are met in component, software, and system development, and preparing and moderating agile events and workshops. The specialist will serve as a competent contact person, mediator, and advisor for methodological questions across team and management levels, actively shaping a vibrant agile culture within the organization. Candidates must possess a relevant university degree, extensive experience as a Scrum Master or Coach, and required SCRUM certification, making this an attractive opportunity for certified agile experts ready to facilitate large-scale organizational transformation within the aviation industry.

Required Skills

Education

University degree, preferably in Business Informatics, Business Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Digital Business Management; SCRUM Certification (required); SAFe Certification (desirable)

Experience

  • Long-term professional experience as a Scrum Master, Coach, or Consultant
  • Professional experience in supporting the introduction and application of agile working methods
