Job Summary

This Customer Engineer role involves acting as a crucial technical interface between the organization and airline customers across the APAC region. The core responsibilities include representing the Customer Engineering team for component inquiries, maintaining strong technical relationships, and coordinating closely with internal Quality and Process teams. Day-to-day tasks will involve providing technical support to sales and service teams, evaluating MRO market trends, and obtaining regular customer feedback to identify systematic process weaknesses. Success requires a degree in Engineering (Aeronautical or Electrical preferred) and a minimum of five years of professional experience in component overhaul, aircraft maintenance, or technical services, ideally within a Part-145 or CAMO environment. This position offers the opportunity to drive internal campaigns and solve complex technical challenges within a dynamic international matrix organization, requiring excellent English proficiency and the ability to travel extensively within Asia and to Germany.

Required Skills

Education

University or technical college degree in Engineering, Aircraft/Aeronautical Engineering, or Electronics & Electrical Engineering

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in component overhaul, aircraft maintenance, reliability, and technical services
  • Professional experience working in Part-145, CAMO, or Part 21J organizations (preferred)
  • Experience as a certified Design/Verification Engineer (preferred)
