Job Summary

This Senior Engineer Defense role involves leading complex, interdisciplinary projects focused on the development and approval of Completion Products, adhering strictly to EASA 21G/21J regulations. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert, defining standards and processes for specifications, design principles, and components within the department. Key responsibilities include ensuring sustainable process stability and quality assurance, providing technical and conceptual guidance to other engineers, and advising management. The role requires a degree in Electrical, Information, or Communications Engineering, coupled with extensive experience as a Design Engineer and in project management. Expertise in high-frequency technology, communications, antenna design, and EMC is essential, along with strong skills in Requirements Management and system verification.
