Job Summary

This role involves providing real-time technical support and active monitoring for advanced robotic kitchen systems, revolutionizing the intersection of technology and culinary arts. As the first technical point of contact, you will be responsible for remote fault analysis and resolution, ensuring optimal system performance and superior user experience for customers and guests. Key tasks include analyzing and solving technical issues via remote service (primarily phone support), creating virtual instructions, and contributing to the continuous improvement of remote service processes. The ideal candidate has a technical background or equivalent qualification, knowledge in IT, software, and/or mechatronics, and possesses strong communication skills in both German (Fluent) and English (Good/Intermediate).
