Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Service Technician to ensure the reliable and stable operation of robotic kitchen systems at customer sites. As part of the service team, you will utilize your technical expertise to analyze faults, perform maintenance, execute repairs, and keep the systems performing optimally in the field. Key responsibilities include conducting service deployments, autonomously troubleshooting technical issues, and serving as the primary technical point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate has completed technical training in electronics or mechatronics, possesses professional experience with mechatronic systems, and is highly flexible with significant willingness to travel (at least 70%).
