Job Summary

This role involves analyzing, designing, and developing robust Salesforce solutions, focusing heavily on process automation and complex system integration. The consultant will be responsible for integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, Web Services, and other interfaces, requiring deep expertise in SFDX, APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Day-to-day tasks include process analysis, migration planning, documentation, and optimizing processes along the entire customer journey. The position acts as a central technical contact for the Salesforce instance and a sparring partner for departmental leaders, driving the successful rollout and adoption of new modules and features.
