Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite IT Technician in Günzburg, joining a renowned consulting firm and growing IT service provider. The technician will be responsible for comprehensive 1st and 2nd Level IT Support, ensuring the smooth operation of the IT environment. Key daily tasks include analyzing and resolving errors, performing hardware maintenance, system optimization and upgrades, managing asset management, and handling employee on- and offboarding. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT apprenticeship (e.g., IT Specialist System Integration) or relevant professional experience in IT Support, coupled with fluent German and English skills. Expertise in Windows 10/11, Office 365 (including Teams and SharePoint), MS Azure, and MS Intune is essential.
