This role involves acting as a Service Desk Agent in Hamburg, focusing on providing qualified first-level support for various end customers, primarily within the Managed Services sector for industrial companies. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling and resolving incidents in 1st Level Support according to established processes and SLAs, assisting IT users with hardware and software inquiries, and meticulously documenting all activities within the designated Service Management Tool. The ideal candidate possesses professional experience in IT support, strong knowledge of M365, mobile devices, networking, hardware, and current Windows operating systems (specifically Windows 10).
