Job Summary

This role is ideal for an IT professional based in Munich looking to specialize in hardware and software deployment and user support. As an IT Rollout Technician, you will be responsible for the physical installation, delivery, setup, and dismantling of IT equipment, including PCs, notebooks, and peripherals. Day-to-day tasks involve providing direct user support through floorwalking and service points, as well as remote assistance via telephone. The position requires a completed vocational training in IT, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician, combined with good knowledge of hardware and software and experience interacting directly with end-users.
