Job Summary

This role as an IT Service Technician, based in Hamburg, is the central point of contact for user support, focusing on providing targeted and traceable solutions across diverse system landscapes. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing hardware rollouts and IT workplace services, delivering ticket-based onsite support for Windows clients, and offering specialized Industrial IT support for panel PCs, scanners, and terminals. The technician will also be responsible for cabling and setting up standard business hardware and performing weekly travel to customer locations using a pool vehicle. Key qualifications include an IT education or equivalent, proficiency with current Windows operating systems, knowledge of networking (Layer 1-3 and switching), and experience in building and cabling business hardware.
