This role seeks an experienced IT Service Technician to provide 2nd Level Onsite and Remote Support in Zwickau for a market-leading IT solutions and service management company. The technician will be responsible for installing and configuring IT workstations (PCs, notebooks, smartphones, printers), performing hardware error analysis and repairs (including warranty processing), and managing tickets within a structured system. Key qualifications include a completed IT apprenticeship (e.g., IT System Electronics Technician or IT Specialist) or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and standard hardware, and proficiency in both German and English.
