Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician based in Munich/Starnberg, responsible for managing the entire IT workplace infrastructure, including hardware and software. Day-to-day tasks involve installing workstations, integrating them into the network, providing 1st and 2nd Level IT Support on-site, processing IT tickets, and resolving system malfunctions. The technician will also implement site-specific IT projects (e.g., quality assurance, lab, production) and coordinate external service providers. The ideal candidate holds a completed IT-related qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, or has relevant professional experience in IT Support. Essential skills include strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, the Office 365 suite (SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams), MS Azure, and MS Intune, alongside familiarity with ticketing systems.
