Job Summary

This role as a Field Service Technician, located in Bad Wimpfen, involves delivering essential IT infrastructure services for leading companies in the IT sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing classic IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change), providing crucial onsite support to diverse clients, setting up and dismantling hardware, and installing operating systems and various applications. You will also contribute to ongoing IT support depending on the ticket volume. Key qualifications include professional experience in field service, knowledge of network technology, Windows 10, and standard Office applications, along with practical experience using a ticketing system. The position requires good German and English skills, ideally at a B2 level, and the willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call duty.
