Job Summary

This role involves providing critical onsite IT support for Windows Client, iOS, networking, and telecommunication systems within a high-tech industrial environment, specifically at an aviation company in Bremen. The technician will be responsible for executing IT support tasks based on ticket specifications and project requirements, efficiently managing incidents using the customer's incident management tool, and delivering 2nd Level Support with a strong focus on the production environment. Key requirements include proficient knowledge of Windows 10/11 Enterprise, driver diagnostics, log analysis, BitLocker, IP networking, and BIOS upgrades. The ideal candidate possesses strong logical thinking skills, is highly collaborative, and has competencies in PowerShell or Batch File Scripting.
