Job Summary

This position calls for a flexible IMAC Technician to deliver essential Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) services for end-user IT hardware, specifically PCs, notebooks, and monitors, at the Salzgitter location. The role supports the commercial vehicle division of a well-known automotive manufacturer. Key daily tasks involve resolving technical disturbances, performing basic hardware installations directly for the customer, assigning software after an initial training period, managing the local end-device warehouse, and handling the transportation and disposal logistics of old and new equipment. Candidates should possess initial experience in an IT environment, with cross-entry applicants welcome, and ideally have prior exposure to end-device rollouts. Required qualifications include good German and sufficient English skills, alongside a Class B driving license.
