This role is for an Onsite IT Support Technician, actively contributing to a market-leading company specializing in IT solutions and service management in the Munich/Freising area. The core responsibilities involve the hands-on installation and configuration of diverse hardware and software solutions, independent analysis of faults within the IT infrastructure, and developing effective technical solutions for clients. You will serve as a primary contact, answering technical inquiries and providing direct customer support for IT problems, while meticulously documenting all work steps.
