Job Summary

This role is for an IT Specialist focused on system integration and networking, joining an international team in Cologne. The primary responsibilities involve maintaining and documenting existing network systems, actively participating in optimizing IT Service Desk processes, and ensuring high service levels for IT support. Day-to-day tasks include expert handling of customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems, as well as communicating with both German and international clients and users. Key requirements include a completed IT-related education (e.g., as an IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent professional experience, coupled with strong knowledge of Cisco environments, particularly in Routing, Switching, Troubleshooting, VPN, MPLS, and IPSec.
