Job Summary

This full-time position in Kassel seeks an IT Service Technician responsible for comprehensive hardware lifecycle management and technical end-user support. Day-to-day tasks involve executing IMAC/D services (Installation, Migration, Administration, Configuration, and Decommissioning) for a wide range of devices, including servers, storage, PCs, notebooks, and peripherals. You will also play a key role in supporting large-scale IT rollout and migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and providing reliable technical assistance to end-users. The ideal candidate must hold a completed IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, or possess equivalent professional experience in the IT field. Essential requirements include solid foundational knowledge of hardware, Microsoft operating systems, and practical experience with network components like switches and routers.
