Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Onsite IT Technician to join a dynamic team in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, specializing in market-leading Managed Services. Day-to-day responsibilities focus on providing comprehensive client support, including the physical setup, installation, and configuration of client hardware and peripheral devices. The technician will be responsible for integrating these devices into the customer network, managing and resolving technical disruptions reported via a ticketing system, and ensuring the correct installation of standard software. A critical component of the job is user interaction, specifically instructing employees on the use of new equipment and software. Successful candidates must hold a completed IT qualification or equivalent experience, possess strong all-rounder IT knowledge, and be proficient in administering Microsoft-based desktop systems. This full-time position offers intensive onboarding and the potential for permanent employment following an initial temporary staffing period.
