The core function involves acting as the primary point of contact for complex customer inquiries, utilizing strong knowledge in network technology and hardware configuration. Day-to-day tasks include handling Windows Client support requests, installing and configuring hardware and telecommunication systems, resolving technical faults, and managing hardware orders and device exchanges. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with profound knowledge of Windows systems and practical experience with PC, notebooks, and IP telephony.
