Job Summary

This role offers an ambitious IT Specialist the opportunity to join a leading European IT company in Munich, specializing in holistic IT solutions and system house services. The core responsibility involves providing 2nd Level Support directly at the customer site, focusing on maintaining and optimizing the IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include installing and configuring hardware and software, analyzing and resolving IT infrastructure disruptions, and managing escalation for complex technical queries, including VIP support. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT education (such as an IT Specialist in System Integration) or equivalent professional experience, coupled with deep knowledge of current Windows operating systems and fundamental networking skills. This full-time, permanent position is initially temporary placement with the option for permanent takeover, offering 30 days of vacation, flexible working hours, and extensive professional development opportunities.
