Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Service Technician specializing in digital output management, electronic archiving, and document management systems. The technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of printers, copiers, scanners, and large-format devices. Day-to-day tasks include installing systems, integrating them into customer networks, providing on-site customer training on device handling, and performing maintenance and repair (servicing) of various manufacturers' printers and multifunction systems. A key aspect is close collaboration with internal departments, such as Sales. The ideal candidate holds a professional IT qualification, possesses knowledge of common operating systems and application software, and has initial experience in both on-site service and remote maintenance. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Reichertshofen, Upper Bavaria, initially offered through temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover, making it an attractive long-term career opportunity.
