Job Summary

This role involves supporting IT infrastructure and systems as a Rollout Technician for an IT services and engineering solutions company in Baunatal. The technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of workplace computing equipment, including setting up, dismantling, and expanding PCs and peripherals like printers. Key daily tasks include installing and commissioning hardware and software, imaging systems according to client specifications, performing extensive functional tests, and creating necessary IT documentation. Furthermore, the role requires analyzing and classifying incoming error messages to support the helpdesk function. The ideal candidate will possess a completed IT apprenticeship or solid IT experience, strong knowledge of the Microsoft environment, and excellent German language skills, making this a challenging and varied role within a well-established team.
