Job Summary

This role involves providing essential Onsite IT Support for the infrastructure of a chemical company in Brunsbüttel. The technician will be responsible for providing personalized user support at the service point, troubleshooting issues both remotely and locally, and managing hardware repairs for desktops, notebooks, tablets, smartphones, and mobile scanners. Key day-to-day tasks include installing operating systems and software, assisting with office moves by setting up and dismantling IT components, and configuring new client devices according to specifications. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist or IT System Electronics Technician) and professional experience in Second Level Support. Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Client Applications and proficiency in network and client-server infrastructures are required, along with good German and English language skills.
