Job Summary

This role, based in Kassel, Hessen, involves providing essential Onsite Support for Windows end devices within an office environment. The IT Service Technician will be responsible for analyzing and resolving IT disruptions, performing manual software installations, setting up and personalizing clients, and managing IT documentation within the ticketing system. Key tasks also include managing IT workplace relocation (dismantling, moving, reassembly), handling printer toner replacement and troubleshooting, and providing user instruction on hardware and software operation. The ideal candidate must have a completed professional IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), practical experience with ticketing systems and Asset Management, and knowledge of telephony and Mobile Device Management (MDM). This is a full-time, permanent position offered initially through temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover by an internationally focused IT service provider, offering a varied range of tasks and well-planned working hours.
