Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and field service in Marl, Westphalia, focusing on maintaining and administering client systems. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for comprehensive troubleshooting of issues related to Windows 10 and MS Office, managing service requests, and handling incidents from acceptance to documentation. Key daily tasks include relocating PC workstations, performing client installations, and managing the lifecycle of IT hardware such as laptops, smartphones, tablets, and desktops, including data migration.
