This role combines hands-on IT service delivery with essential team coordination duties within a market-leading IT solutions and service management company based in Hamburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating team logistics, including meeting schedules and vacation planning, while ensuring timely service appointments. Daily tasks involve providing critical onsite support for both Windows and Mac clients, processing support tickets, and managing project orders according to structured principles (Ticket/RFS). Additionally, the role includes assisting with networking and telecommunications tasks. Key qualifications require profound knowledge of current Windows operating systems, experience in network environments (Switching, Layer 1-3), and strong proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
