Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 2nd Level IT support and customer service for major clients in the Mannheim area. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing and configuring new software, performing detailed error analyses, and developing appropriate solutions. You will handle technical problems and inquiries directly on-site, via telephone, or using remote access, and meticulously document all solutions in the internal knowledge database. Candidates should possess a completed vocational training in the IT field, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, or comparable qualifications, coupled with initial experience in telephone support. Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, ticket systems, and common Windows operating systems is required.
