Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Field Service Technician to provide critical on-site 2nd Level Support for client and printing systems across the Nuremberg/Central Franconia region. Working for a nationwide service provider specializing in redundant network environments, you will be responsible for planning and executing hardware exchanges, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software errors, and handling warranty claims. Key day-to-day tasks include installing and setting up PCs and notebooks, performing data recovery, and supporting system rollouts while maintaining excellent customer relationships. To succeed, you must possess a completed vocational training or significant professional experience in 2nd Level Support, practical knowledge of printers (HP, Lexmark, Samsung), and expertise in hardware repair, including motherboard replacement.
