Job Summary

This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for internal customers regarding IT inquiries, providing essential first-level support within a leading European IT solutions company. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up, installing, and maintaining PCs, network components, monitors, printers, and scanners for administrative use. You will manage MS Active Directory Services (ADS) and MS Office 365, categorize and prioritize incoming IT requests, and escalate specific technical issues to the Second Level Support team. The ideal candidate possesses a completed qualification in IT System Integration or equivalent, along with solid experience in administering desktop PCs, laptops, and printers. Proficiency with IT ticketing systems for managing incidents and service requests, coupled with knowledge of MS Windows 11 and O365 applications (including Teams), is essential.
