Job Summary

This opportunity is for an IT Support Specialist to join one of Germany's most successful IT companies, a market leader in system house services and IT product distribution, located in Ratingen. In this role, you will be crucial in maintaining operational efficiency by providing 1st and 2nd Level IT Support to end-users. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing and resolving technical issues, both via remote access and direct intervention in the IT Link Center, and coordinating the efficient forwarding of 3rd Level inquiries to specialized teams. You will manage customer interactions using a ticketing system, providing support in both German and English. Key qualifications include practical knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Office 365 environments, strong communication skills, and ideally, familiarity with ticketing systems and mobile solutions like iOS and Android. While a completed IT education is beneficial, motivated career changers are also welcome.
