Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT field services within an international environment, primarily focusing on hardware and client support for an automotive sector company in Ludwigsburg, Germany. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT equipment, including performing repairs, installations, exchanges, and decommissioning of PCs, laptops, smartphones, and tablets. Key daily activities include troubleshooting Windows 10 and MS Office issues, migrating PC workstations, handling incoming service requests, and managing and documenting incidents from acceptance through resolution. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training in IT, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or similar, along with good proficiency in both German and English.
