Job Summary
This role involves working as an IT Service Technician and Onsite Supporter, driving digital transformation for an industry leader in Moers. The core responsibilities include managing end-user devices—covering installation, repair, and exchange—and providing direct, on-site support for both hardware and software issues. You will act as 1st and 2nd Level IT Support to resolve client problems and assist with occasional projects and rollouts. The ideal candidate possesses a technical education or equivalent professional experience, is proficient with MS Office and Windows operating systems, and has prior experience supporting end-users.
