Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join a stable, 50-year-established company specializing in precision mechanics and sheet metal processing in Hannover. The core responsibilities involve maintaining the entire IT infrastructure, including a Windows network of around 50 clients, peripherals, IP phones, and an Exchange Server utilizing Thunderbird clients. A significant part of the job includes providing comprehensive hardware and software support to users and maintaining the company website using HTML, PHP, and CSS. Crucially, the role requires maintaining the specialized Warehouse Management System (WMS) based on Delphi, SQL, and FastReports. Candidates must possess a formal IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, or equivalent professional experience. Essential requirements include practical knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMWare and Hyper V, and familiarity with object-oriented development principles. This position offers a permanent contract option and a supportive work environment with flat hierarchies.
