Job Summary

This role involves serving as a System Technician and IT Consultant, focusing on the design and maintenance of IT infrastructures for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and migrating IT architectures within the Microsoft ecosystem, installing, configuring, and administering Windows system landscapes, and commissioning hardware and software in the client area. The consultant will also configure peripheral and network components, and design technical service and support processes while managing end-users, key users, and decision-makers. Key requirements include a completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience, strong knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and MS Exchange.
