Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Field Service Technician to join a global IT infrastructure services company in Hannover. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential onsite IT support, focusing on classic IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change). Day-to-day tasks include setting up and dismantling both new and used equipment, installing operating systems and various applications, and supporting ongoing IT operations based on ticket volume. Key requirements include practical experience using a ticketing system, expertise in Windows 10 and common Office applications, and foundational networking knowledge. The position requires willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call readiness.
