Job Summary

This role as an IT Service Technician in the high-end Defense Industry involves critical field service and technical support, primarily focused on maintaining, integrating, and commissioning complex defense platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include hands-on fault diagnosis and resolution for both electrical and mechanical systems, performing routine maintenance and service, and executing software and hardware integration. You will be responsible for quality control, managing costs and schedules, and documenting all procedures and fault protocols. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in IT or Electrical Engineering, knowledge of defense technology products, and proficiency in software/hardware integration techniques. This position requires a high degree of autonomy and significant travel, necessitating a Class B driver's license and experience managing interfaces with partner firms, offering a dynamic and challenging career path within a critical technology sector.
