Job Summary

This role involves leading the next generation of innovative protection and switching devices within the SENTRON portfolio across Amberg, Regensburg, or Nuremberg. The R&D Project Manager will take technical leadership of new and ongoing development projects for electromagnetic and electronic protection and switching devices, focusing on modular product system management to ensure seamless integration and development. Key responsibilities include coordinating interdisciplinary, international project teams, managing external stakeholders, structuring requirements, and overseeing project planning regarding functionality, time, and cost. The ideal candidate must hold a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field, possess long-term professional experience in a technical role, and have several years of experience in agile project leadership, ideally with a relevant certification. Success in this position requires strong skills in power electronics, innovation management, and fluent communication in both German and English, ensuring compliance with internal processes and effective risk management while adapting the portfolio to market trends.
