Job Summary

This position offers a unique opportunity for a Doctoral Researcher to join the Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM) in Berlin-Adlershof, focusing on experimental and data-driven research within the DFG-funded CALISO-ML project. The successful candidate will develop and validate methods for isotope-sensitive molecular spectroscopy of Calcium, collaborating closely with the Humboldt University of Berlin and the California Institute of Technology (Caltech). Day-to-day work involves sophisticated experimental lab work, instrumental analytics, and complex computer-aided data evaluation using tools like Python, R, or MATLAB, culminating in a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Humboldt University.
